Join us for a special Real Talks event at scout23 where we unlock what make Sunshine Moments so important and how your business can deliver them.


The event will kick off with a short keynote from Customer Maverick, Peter Turner, who will set the scene as to why you need to master the art now.


We will then hear from industry leaders, facilitated by the Customer Frame's Sueanne Carr, about their experiences, successes + failures in making Sunshine Moments a reality.


We will finish off with a diagnostic of your individual business today. You'll leave knowing where your gaps are and clear actions to accelerate positive change.

From the research, we know our visitors are actively seeking experiences that enrich, awaken, and transform them, and with the Sunshine Coast's natural and developed tourism assets, we are well placed to build on our market strengths.

 

In line with this and to support you in the evolution of your business, we've redeveloped our annual Industry Development Program and named it SHINE!  


In the largest tourism program ever created by VSC, we will work with operators to enhance the experiences delivered to our visitors. 

 

The customised Sunshine Coast SHINE program will provide you with practical tools, briefings on the major issues facing the industry, professional and business development workshops, case studies, and networking opportunities so that you can engage with colleagues and make the most of market opportunities! The program is based on Tourism & Event Queensland's 'Ultimate Transformational Experiences Framework' initiative targeting Best of Queensland Experiences (BOQE) to grow and further develop.
