Of course, we all know the world of travel has changed dramatically over the past three years, requiring a dynamic new attitude and approach to our product and service delivery. From the research, we know our visitors are actively seeking experiences that enrich, awaken, and transform them, and with the Sunshine Coast's natural and developed tourism assets, we are well placed to build on our market strengths.

In line with this and to support you in the evolution of your business, we've redeveloped our annual Industry Development Program and named it SHINE!  

In the largest tourism program ever created by VSC, we will work with operators to enhance the experiences delivered to our visitors. 

The customised Sunshine Coast SHINE program will provide you with practical tools, briefings on the major issues facing the industry, professional and business development workshops, case studies, and networking opportunities so that you can engage with colleagues and make the most of market opportunities! The program is based on Tourism & Event Queensland's 'Ultimate Transformational Experiences Framework' initiative targeting Best of Queensland Experiences (BOQE) to grow and further develop.
